Thanks..I'm flattered :).  I use uncooked lasagna sheets because it's easier to prepare - no slippery noodles to deal with.   There's no difference in texture and taste in fact using uncooked sheets make it more consistent for me - before, I sometimes cook the sheets past al dente and my lasagna would be soggy and hard to assemble but that's no longer a problem now.    It takes double the time to cook though- about 50-60 minutes.  Have you tried it yet?  I'm so late in replying again..sorry.
