For the nutmeg q:  I can't quite describe its taste, it's sweet, spicy ..tangy??! I guess you just have to try it for yourself..nutmeg gives a little something-something to creamy, milky dishes..  try using it on puddings and white sauce and of course on custard and apple pies, too!  I suggest using a little so you won't get overwhelmed.

		<description>This looks so good.  I would never have tried the whole wheat flour, great idea.  I didn't know you could do that.  I have made this basic recipe, but with white flour, and added spinach and black olives. I will try the sauce that way next time. Great tip!</description>
