For some reason I always think curry to be complicated to make but this looks really easy. Now I can use the curry powder that’s been sitting in my pantry for a while. Thanks for sharing.

That looks AMAZING Olive. I love Curry ! This looks like a perfect specimen…I too have a few of Rachel Ray’s tricks up my sleeve when I need to make dinner in a hurry…she is great..but so are you… to make this so great.
