These muffins look out of control delicious! My girls love banana bread and I think that this might taste a little like banana bread. Muffins are always a big hit with my little ones as well, especially because they make a good snack and my oldest daughter can take them with her to school!

Glad you liked the shortcut to freeze the cabbage leaves to soften them.

What a great muffin recipe, I like that you started with cookies and ended up with muffins. Thats the fun part of cooking, creating somethinbg great with what you have and know. Thanks!
