Last Thursday in the office we had about 60 hot cross buns to share between 20 girls – uhm, that’s 3 per person and man after all the butter and tea that go with the buns, I think I should rest until next year’s hot cross buns! Yours look great!!!!!

Hey those buns looks good! I have always left my dough to proof for longer than required but it’s ok. I read somewhere the longer you proof your bread, the less yeasty smell on your bread. Good job!
