		<description>This is crazy coz as i&#039;m reading and perusing your photos...i get a whiff of the bbq smell. Yup, that&#039;s how much i so like to make this=;) I too, love to use porkbelly w/ skin on but to no avail. The skin always ends up chewy, i remember back then it would be crispy...guess they had a trade secret that they never shared=;). I still use porkbelly sans the skin &#039;tho.

		<description>I  think it&#039;s  a fantastic idea to use pork cutlets instead - especially since pork is already quite juicy - it probably is a bit healthier?  Anyways, love the look of your barbecue.  I&#039;d love to have a big plate of that with heaps of rice.</description>
