I love those chinese cooking shows even though I don't understand what they are explaining, you're not alone ;)...I love how they present their prep ingredients, cooking it and the presentation.  Another secret powder they use is "superior powder" (aka potato starch), it gives a clear shine to the food but you have to eat it quickly as the thickening property dissappears when it gets cold.  Will try this recipe at home...am running out of ideas what to cook :)</description>
