In a separate pan, heat oil and add the hot sauce, stir, heat through, add honey and then add the cooked chicken wings, stir to coat the wings well. Transfer to a platter and serve. I garnish my chicken wings with scallions only because I have some scallions left in the fridge and it will look good in the photo but it’s not really necessary, you may use any greens/herb you want or is available for garnishing.
