REMOVE COOKIE SHEET FROM THE OVEN. WORKING QUICKLY, WITH GREASED ROUNDED MEASURING TEASPOON OR LARGE WATERMELON BALLER, GENTKLY PRESS A SMALL INDENTATION IN THE CENTER OF EACH COOKIE, MAKING SURE NOT TO PRESS ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
