Ingredients (click ingredient to buy it)


  • Wash and put pork into a big pot.
  • Add bay leaves and peppercorns.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer until tender but not too tender.
  • Drain and slice pork into big slab and grill over charcoal or indoor grill is fine too.
  • Let the meat rest and cool before chopping into small pieces.
  • Combine chopped onions, chillies, soy sauce and calamansi juice in a bowl.
  • Add this marinade to the chopped pork and let stand for at least an hour.
  • After sometime marinating.....
  • Preheat a greased non-stick sizzling (cast-iron) plate over the stove.
  • Add some marinated pork and cook for just about a minute or two.
  • Turn off heat and crack an egg over the meat then stir and serve.
  • Squeeze some calamansi or lemon juice over just before serving..so yummy! Enjoy! :)
