Mash the egg yolks and add salt, ground cayenne pepper, mayonnaise and fresh cheese, if using.
Mix well.
Add more mayo or cream cheese if the mixture is too thick, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Scoop the yolk mixture into a small ziplock bag, cut the tip and squeeze a mound into the egg whites.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes and more cayenne pepper (optional).

Use a piping bag with decorative tip if you have one to make your deviled eggs look pretty :)For those who doesn't know yet, here's how to make hard-boiled eggs: Put fresh eggs in a saucepan, add enough water to cover the eggs, put over the stove under medium high heat to boil. When it boils, turn off heat and set timer to 8 minutes. Take the eggs out and transfer to a bowl with cold water to cool.
