Shrimp and Chicken Yakisoba (Japanese Stir-fried Noodles)

This is really easy and fast. Healthy "fast-food" :) Adjust seasoning according to your taste. I don't really measure my seasoning, just start with small quantity then build-up from there if it is not to your liking.

TO MAKE SHRIMP BROTH:
In a bowl or using mortar and pestle, mash the shell and heads of shrimp.
Add hot water.
Let stand and strain when ready to use.
TO MAKE YAKISOBA:
Sauté garlic, siling labuyo.
Add bite-sized chicken.
Add pechay and cook until wilted.
Add yakisoba noodles and shrimp broth and seasoning. Mix well.
Add the shelled shrimp.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
You're done. :)
