Light, buttery and easy to make cookies. These are perfect for tea time
Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil ( optional). Preheat oven to 325 F degrees.
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar using your mixer or wooden spoon. Add in the flour and mix well. Transfer dough into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Prick with a fork or make whatever designs you fancy.
Bake until golden brown. Cool a bit and sprinkle powdered sugar on top using a sieve or strainer.
Slice into bars/squares while still warm. Serve with your favorite tea.Enjoy! :)
