Cinnamon’s one of my favorite spices, I love it primarily for it’s heavenly scent; it makes the whole house smells heavenly when you bake with it; but I also like the fact that it’s very good for our health. I’ve read a lot of really good things cinnamon like it helps regulates our blood sugar and improve blood circulation among others. Yay for cinnamon lovers like me!
This muffin recipe is very simple; so quick and easy to make. I added more cinnamon than what the original recipe calls for and top half of it with slices of apple. Enjoy these with a cup of coffee or tea..life is good! 🙂
